Refund policy

Musk Al Mahal provides a 7-day return and exchange policy, provided that your attar has not been used more than 5% when you request the return or exchange.

In simple terms, if you buy a product that doesn't fulfill your expectations or if you change your mind, you can return the fragrance and get a full refund to the same account you used for the purchase.

You can also ask for an exchange to swap your purchased attar for any other attar you prefer. If the value of the exchanged fragrance is less than the returned product, the outstanding amount will be transferred to the designated account. If it's greater, however, you must send the amount to our dedicated account.

How to Start a Refund Request

Kindly be aware that any product(s) sent before our instructions or arrangements will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

A customer support representative who is trained will contact you shortly to help you with the next steps. 

The conventional method proceeds as follows:

  1. Join a short call with our representative to discuss the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. If the reason is legitimate, you must take pictures of the product(s) to demonstrate their ideal condition before sending them. 
  3. The sender will cover the shipping costs.
  4. Upon arrival, our team will inspect the product.
  5. If the return is approved, the funds will be sent back to the designated account during the call or the account used for the transfer.

For exchanges

  1. Choose the scent you want as a replacement.
  2. If the new item costs less, we will transfer the remaining balance back to your account.
  3. If the new item costs more, you will simply pay the difference amount via bank transfer or Cash on Delivery.

Note: During the return process, banks or intermediaries may create unforeseen delays for which Musk Al Mahal should not be responsible. Typically, we disburse funds within 3 to 5 business days.

Damages or Return

For exchange requests, it is essential that the product's condition stays optimal and it must not be used more than 5% when sent back.

We understand that couriers might not treat the product carefully, which could lead to damage like dents, spills, or cracks. Therefore, please record your return process with photos or videos to guarantee that the procedure is free of such mistakes from your side.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after it has been placed. After the order is shipped, you will get an email confirmation with the tracking details, including the tracking link. Once the product is shipped, our exchange policy goes into effect, and the order cannot be canceled.

Musk Al Mahal has the authority to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to such as:

  1. The item is out of stock.
  2. Pricing errors.
  3. Credit/Debit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
