Shipping policy
Anyone visiting our website at, www.muskalmahalpakistan.com, or planning to purchase or has already purchased an attar must undergo these terms related to shipping.
- Our delivery services, all over the Pakistan, are powered by Post Parcel Services through the Value Payable Parcel model (VVP) model
- Delivery charges are Rs. 200 for 1 to 7 pieces. Please note these prices are approximate and may be higher or lower depending on the weight of the parcel, number of attars, your area of residence, or your shipping address.
- Delivery usually takes up to 3–5 business days unless unforeseen events may slow the delivery process by an indefinite time. We always try to inform the affected customers via a phone call or a text message if such a problem arises.
- If your ordered item is unavailable, you will be informed via a call, a text message, or a WhatsApp message.
- The aforementioned delivery timings are only for Karachi. Our respected customers in other cities may have to experience longer wait times.
- Once the order has been confirmed and you receive the email, you can not change your order or shipping address.
- Do not miss our delivery partner’s call! We call you to confirm location and availability.
